Payment-in-full must be sent with the registration form. Please do not send cash. Checks may be made out to: Washington Arts Group.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: The registration fee includes a non-refundable $50 deposit. If you cancel your registration on or before May 4, you will be refunded your registration fee, minus the $50 deposit. After May 4, the deposit is forfeited and absolutely no refunds are available.

Tax Deductibility: Please note that the registration fee is not deductible for charitable purposes. No portion is a contribution to the Washington Arts Group or any other organization. The entire fee will be used to cover direct expenses of this convocation. Any additional contribution to the Washington Arts Group is a tax-deductible gift.
